The new Collective Bargaining Agreement also includes changes to Section 6.8 relating to Bonding Requirements. The new bonding rules require either separate bonds for Wages and Fringe Benefits, or a Dual Bond with language that directs half of the bond amount to each named Beneficiary. The total amount of the Bond has remained the same. All Employers will be required to have the proper bonding in place in order to have Local 130 members referred to their employ.
